
Easy Vanilla Cake
Description
This is a vanilla sponge cake that does not contain any butter or oil yet stays moist and soft.

Set oven to 200 deg C (400 deg F)

Prepare a 25 x 40 cm baking pan

Whisk eggs and sugar together until mixed

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together

Add the flour mixture (dry) and water (wet) bit by bit into the egg mixture until all ingredients are well mixed.

Pour dough into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes

When ready, take out the dish from oven and let cool down for 10 minutes before removing from dish

Leave to cool down completely before decorating

Decorate with your favorite glazing, icing or topping.

The choice of decoration is only limited by your taste.
